How will my item be delivered?
Standard shipping for all packages will be through DHL. Please refer to the shipping chart below for the different shipping charge determined by order amount.

How do I know when my order will arrive?
When you place an order with buyhon.com, the product normally delivers within 1 week ~ 3 weeks. We send you the tracking e-mail after shipment. |

How can I check the status of my order?
Select Order Status at top of page. You will be taken to the Order Status page. You have two ways to verify your identity in order to gain access to your order status.
Please note: your newly placed order may take up to 5 minutes to appear in your Order History section of your My Account page.
IMPORTANT- Sending an email to Buyhon.com Customer Service within 15 minutes of placing an order is not sufficient for canceling and item/order.

Part of my order is missing. What should I do?
We apologize for the difficulty you have encountered with your order. Please contact our Customer service department to resolve this situation. For your convenience, our Customer service department is available 24 hours a day.

I received my package, but it has been damaged by the carrier. What should I do?
