How do I place an order?
- Choose A Product
On the Product Details page of the product you'd like to purchase, choose your size (when applicable), plating, findings, the quantity, and your shipping address (country) and duty option(DDP).
What is DDP? DDP “Delivery Duty Paid” means that the seller deliver the goods to the buyer, clear for import. (Currently, only USA customers can use this option.)
- Add to Cart
Select Add to Cart and the product will be placed in your Shopping Cart. You can go back to Shopping or begin the checkout process by selecting “Check Out”. Note: Please click “Re Calculate” to update quantity and amount.
- Shopping Cart
After selecting Checkout, you will have the opportunity to Edit Cart Item(s) in your Shopping Cart. You can change the quantity once you make edits, select “Re Calculate” and the Shopping Cart should reflect your changes. Note: Items in your Shopping List are not on reserve for you while they are there. it's just a reminder. These items can still sell out.
- Sign Up
When all of your updates have been made, select Check out. You will be asked to Sign Up using your ID and password. If you are not a registered customer, you may select New Customer and become a registered member. This will save time on future shopping as well as giving you access to services available only to registered customers.
- Shipping Information
You'll then proceed to the Delivery Information page where you can add an address or select an address you already have on the record.
- Payment Information
Under the Payment Information section, select your method of payment.
(Credit Card or T/T)
- Once your billing/payment information is complete, pay with credit card or arrange the remittance.
- Order Confirmation
On the Order Confirmation page, review your order information to verify that everything is correct. Double check your ordered item, your payment information, your shipping address, your products (size, quantity), shipping options.
- Confirmation E-mail
BuyHon.com will send you an E-mail confirmation of your order.

How can I check the status of my order?
Select Order Status at top of page. You will be taken to the Order Status page. You have two ways to verify your identity in order to gain access to your order status.
Please note: your newly placed order may take up to 5 minutes to appear in your Order History section of your My Account page.
IMPORTANT- Sending an email to Buyhon.com Customer Service within 15 minutes of placing an order is not sufficient for canceling and item/order. |

Do you offer ring sizing?
Sizing is available for gold or silver rings—provided that the setting does not prevent it from being altered. To order sizing, please check ring size convertor to placing the order.
